Eric Pardue is our Principal and Founder. He generates new business, works directly with clients and manages the Change Management practice.

Brad Slusher is our Vice President of Sales and a Small Business consultant. He manages IT staffing and recruiting. Brad is a local business owner and Pacific Northwest native for 35 years.
Elisa Morán is the Five Forces' Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator. She supports the team with bilingual communication and quality assurance of our customer facing documentation.
Abel "Rene" Garza is the team's media expert and in-house photographer. He is the proud owner of Grey Bug Photography in San Antonio, Texas. He also hosts the podcast "The Creative Entreprenuer."
